Terrible customer service, Jack is the only one who is nice according to the people in my family who used to go here. Judy publicly embarrassed my sister today when she denied doing her nails for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Just because there’s an issue with you and your employees doesn’t mean it has to be taken out on your customers.
So sorry to leave a poor review but it was the worst pedicure I’ve had in decades. I have to find another salon to do my pedicure over! The paint is old and did not go on smoothly, just a mess!
They use electric drill type files to remove gel manicures. I realized after several sessions that this was actually damaging my nails. I had the final manicure removed about a month ago and have left them naked in an effort to get them back to normal. They are still very thin, break constantly and look terrible. I expect it will take several months until I have healthy nails again.
Supposed to open at 10…. Sitting here at 10:15, and only the receptionist is here.
