I've been going here for the past year. Today they decided to charge me an extra $5 because I got my nails rounded ( like I've been getting for the past year ) and not straight across. Pricing is arbitrary. Not going back
Not clean at all as far as tools and very outdated decor and stations. Staff is not very friendly if you are not a regular. I was getting a gel manicure (with a broken curing machine) while watching the tech next to me clean his station after a customer by simply taking a dry makeup brush and swiping over the equipment. No sanitation--just ready for the next lucky customer. Also using used towels, so gross and still cost me $45 plus tip.
Great service. Will return. Great natural looking nails
Needed a pedicure bad, they were friendly, funny, and the place was clean.
