I will never go to this salon again. I had the worst customer service I ever experienced. I came in for a gel manicure, but I wasn't sure what style I wanted and asked the nail tech for some ideas. He told me to hurry up because he doesn't have all day and has to get home too. I just walked out the door. Never going back there again!

I’ve been here a few time and was not overly impressed with the fact that they charge you a gel removal fee, but the times I’ve gone the pedicures were overall decent. However, I went on April 11th and got a gel pedicure that last less than a half hour. Now mind you I didn’t have anything on my toes so no gel removal fee was charged this time, but the fact that one toe chipped the same day and then three others also completely came off within less than a week was ridiculous. I just got a pedicure this morning at this place. It started with me communicating that I didn't want my nails to be cut on the side to avoid ingrown nails. I didn't ask to not cut my nails altogether, just not the side. She then asked if she could do the cuticles, I said "of course." She barely cut my cuticles, it looks like a child did it. Then she proceeded with the green scrubber product, spread it gently on my legs, and barely scrubbed my legs or feet. She took a cheese grater and passed it over my heels for a second. I've been going here for the past year. Today they decided to charge me an extra $5 because I got my nails rounded ( like I've been getting for the past year ) and not straight across. Pricing is arbitrary. Not going back
