Use a different company. We had an appointment for an exterminator to come out to our house between 10am and 12. My husband sat home waiting and no one showed up. I called at 12 and they told me they would look into it and call me right back. They never called me back. I called again at 4 and they assured me that someone had called me and left me a message. I started to notice getting little bites upon waking a few weeks ago and even though I had an idea of what it was it was, I wasn't 100% percent sure. I proceeded to do my research and called a number of exterminators. I came across Exterminator King Of Prussia, and spoke to Jesse, I have to say out of all the exterminating companies I called he had been the most knowledges and seasoned in his practice. He went over all the prep info with me and what would further be done to tackle this issue.

I highly recommend this Exterminator King Of Prussia. They came out to get rid of mice in our apartment(we found one under our couch) and he was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and inspect every inch of our apartment. I was really thankful.

This is very dirty and not easy work to do. But these guys showed up and worked non stop to remove and replace new insulation. Also, seal any areas that rodents can get in and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company.
