Exteriors Of Texas roofing company was the only company that was willing to go above and beyond to deal with our insurance company after hurricane Beryl and get us a full roof replacement, when our insurance company only wanted to patch it. Dalton Smith and James or were extremely caring and a 10/10! They were very thorough with protecting our lawn and our landscaping, and making sure there was no debris in the backyard that our dog could find. This was such an easy and smooth process. Israel Tristan was very helpful and patient with explaining everything thoroughly from the beginning. He kept us posted through the entire process. We were never in the dark. Israel was very professional and respectful through every meeting and conversation we had. Israel went above and beyond in assisting us to get our roof claim approved with our insurance carrier-then to top that off the workmanship and quality of the service was out standing. The cleanup after the roof was done was beyond my expectations. Even has someone to come clean the pool because the wind blew debris in it . Five Stars in our opinion!
Isreal Tristan left his trash on my door right next to my very visible "No Soliciting" sign. Our neighborhood it tired of your junk being left on our doors. If anyone at this company puts trash on our doors again they will be criminally trespassed.
They are awesome. James in particular is extremely diligent and knowledge. He was instrumental in me obtaining coverage for my claim. Naturally, my insurance company initially was only willing to pay a very small amount for hail damage. James coached me to request a second inspection where he agreed to meet the second inspector not once but twice to demonstrate the extent of the hail damage.
