Chris recently finished a siding/roofing/remodeling job for us. Looks fantastic, Chris was always responsive and respectful. We had a few unexpected problems and he took care of them with no problem. Chris and his crew took care of a very large siding job on my house. We ran into a lot of unforeseen issues with rotten wood/framing and they were very accommodating to expand the scope of the project rather significantly. I thought the pricing was fair and Chris was always very responsive throughout the duration of the job. I also had them back a few weeks later to replace some skylights and section of roof and they did an excellent job there as well.
Chris and his team replaced my roof. The price was fair, and Chris made sure that the roofing had a top notch warranty. The guys were terrific, and in addition to all their hard work on the roof, they even helped me with some heavy stuff when I needed help. Chris noticed a banged up gutter I had from a plow truck and had someone come and replace it as part of the service. Chris and his team installed vinyl siding, new windows, and a door at our house. Along with the great work, Chris and his team were easy to work with and made the project go as smoothly as possible.
We contracted Exteriors of CT to do a siding replacement. Our house had cedar shakes that were continually peeling and we also had some wood rot in places. Chris Luby was one of the first people we contacted because of the great reviews from the past. His response was quick and personal.
