I had my residential roof replaced by exterior renovations and probably couldn’t be more satisfied. We had a leak start in the middle of the winter and Larry offered to repair it at no cost to hold us over until the spring when it could be replaced. He explained that it is not ideal to have a roof replaced in winter because the shingles don’t lay right and frankly the guys don’t like to work in the cold.
