This is by far THE worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. This company was recommended to me by my mother in law so I didn't do any homework on them. I wish I had. The owner tried to tell me and my wife what siding we needed, big mistake. It took them 3 weeks to get the roof finished, and another 2 months to get the siding finished. They were supposed to roll the yard for nails to get them up, they said they did, the next day mowing the yard, I had gotten a nail in my foot. I had to go to the hospital to get it rem... read more
Exterior Remodel & Design was great to work with. They showed up on time and went above to make sure my house was taken care of during my storm repairs. (Roof, gutters and Windows) I will highly recommend them for future projects!
ERD has addressed this issue satisfactorily and my previous comments should not be considered by new customers.
Will not own up to their own mistakes, even when obvious. Ovoids customer contact when these issues are brought to their attention.
I used this company to replace my roof and gutters after it was damaged by hail. I am very pleased with their work and would recommended for my family and friends. This a family owned company and they take great care of their customers. The work was done right. They were careful with my plants in the yard and clean everything afterwards. Great job! I would definitely use them again.
