I had a tree fall on the rear of my house and I needed some repair done on my roof. I contacted Exterior Qualities Home Improvement to come out and give me an estimate. I was pleased with the estimate amount and gave them the permission to go ahead with the repair. The workers were very professional and respectful. In the future when I need additional things done I will be sure to call Exterior Qualities Home Improvement I am very pleased with the work I received.
take way too long to complete the project. Workers don't know what they are doing. Been over a year, still not finished.
Do not hire this Contractor! Not a single task on our dream project was completed with good quality, there was a lot of miss-communication. They sub-contract work to very un-professional, low-quality team and keep saying that those contractors won't work for them any longer. Even after several emails, calls, they have not completed work. Awesome crew to work with even with minor issues that were unforseen. Our new bathroom is beautiful.
You were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. The sales rep was honest and knowledgeable without being pushy. The installation team was super quick and respectful. My entire house roof and garage roof was completed in 1 day, and finished before 3pm! They were very thorough in their cleanup as well. Highly recommend this company!

Shady company. I made simple request inquiring who owns the company. Will not give me a straight answer. A stand up company would identify its leadership.
We were very happy with the great job Exterior Qualities Home Improvement did. Their staff was professional and very considerate. They went out of their way to make sure all areas of escape for our 8 pound dog were blocked. The fence also looks great! They even adjusted the back of the fence so my neighbors dog would be safe as well, without me even asking. I have already asked them for an estimate for another job.
