We used exterior protection for years and in 2019 cancelled because I felt they weren’t a honest company. Yet, 2020 we keep getting letters for something I thought was solved. I wasn’t going to leave a review but the person I spoke to today was very rude. They laughed and said “this is from 2019.” “It’s so old. I’m not worried about it.” Uhm, then why does my grandfather keep getting letters? I was going to let it go but he ( my grandpa) wanted me to call so they would stop sending him “those damn letters” so I called AGAIN.... read more
You want your bill pd but customer gets no service/no call regarding why AND no refund check!! It's been over 4 months of waitin & still no refund! The only good thing I can say of this place is lady/Karen who answers the phone. My recommendation is never use Exterior Protection!
This company sent me a bill for service which I did not request and at an address at which I do not live and refused to listen to any explanation I offered. They were extremely rude and uncooperative. I would NEVER do business with such unreasonable people. They were threatening and insulting to me when I am totally at a loss as to why they even have my name.
