Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful, and extremely interested in doing a quality job replacing my roof. The materials and workmanship were excellent. Fantastic work around two dormers and three roof windows. They replaced underlayment in several spots that had been leaking. They took good care of the existing gutters. We are in the process of replacing our patio door and the three windows in our bedroom. The windows were installed when the building was constructed and needed to be upgraded. I got my windows done with exterior pros in 2021. With two small children it took me some time to notice problems with the windows. I have contacted exterior pros multiple times asking for someone to come out and assess the problems that I have found including nail damage and trim and obvious areas of cold air leaking into my warm house. I have gotten a couple of phone calls asking for immediate availability, but never able to schedule an appointment with me. We love our 22 updated windows ! Note the Prairie Style border we added to front of the home windows. No more bugs sneaking in nor bees through the one rotting window ledge. The guys were awesome and impeccable,
