Perfect Primer is an excellent product. I applied it over the black mastic residue (tested positive for asbestos) on the concrete floor in my entryway. Application was simple. Like using thick paint. Cleans up with soap and water. Product is expensive but not nearly as costly as hiring asbestos experts. Concrete floor is now sealed and ready for installation of quarry tile.
I recently ordered the VandlGuard IsoFree Aliphatic 2K Urethane and I am extremely happy with the performance. Applied with an 18" 3/4 nap roller and went on nicely. Used six gallons for two coats on 750 sq ft stucco wall and coverage was great. The satin clear provided the perfect sheen and really brought out the colors in my mural! I also did a sample test of this product before applying and it definitely works in terms of repelling graffiti. George was very helpful and informative when I needed any advice.
