Repair of patio ceiling. After paying in full we still have the same leaks and our phone calls are not returned. Our contract says we have a 5 year warranty on the work, but the warranty is a farce if phone calls are ignored.

I would not recommend this company. We had a new roof put on because of a very minor leak. In the process of putting on the new roof the workers actually created a huge leak because they did not install the new roof correctly. We ended up with a huge leak that poured through a light fixture and damaged the ceiling. Jim said he would cover the damage and pay to repair our ceiling but he did not. We paid in full for our roof and had to pay for a new ceiling as well.

We had leaks that I couldn't diy and Philip and Jim came and took a look at our leaks. my husband and i were truly comfortable with them. I am so happy i have found them for the best price. Quick and efficient crews that were clean and respectful

You should think twice before hiring Jim. He took money from my parents then refused to start their roof saying they needed to pay more money then what the contract stated. After more than a year later he still refuses to give my parents their money back.
