Chris Simmons, President of Exterior Home Solutions, never finished the job, didn’t pay his subcontractors or window manufacturer. He has threatened to put a lien on our house for nonpayment of total costs, despite 1/3 of windows installed inside out, another 8 ruined because of screws through the bottom sill and another window broken. Do not give him a cent. You probably won’t see a return on your investment.
Do not do business with this company. Made a downpayment the last week of August to Chris Simmons. After workers came to measure windows, did not hear back from him. Finally answered in October and said he would be back at it next week. Won't answer phone calls.
AVOID this company. I bought windows back in August. No communication, charged 2500 dollars and then nothing. Called upward of 10 times. Finally I get a response from Facebook and they say next week. Next week comes and goes and nothing. Then the owner says he’s refunding and can’t do the job. Well guess what? Over a week later and still no refund seen processing. AND NOW HES BLOCKED ME. I have to dispute the charge and produce his responses. Meanwhile I’m stuck with payments until the credit card figures it out. STAY AWAY.
