Fantastic service. They really helped me understand not only what needed to be fixed, but WHY it needed to be fixed. I appreciate the attention they took to make sure I was good with what they needed to do before doing it.
Nate Morrison walked right past our private property sign and literally stuck his business card for this company directly on our no soliciting sign on our front door. How hard is it to read a sign and respect people's property and wishes? Imagine how bad of a roofing job they would do if they cant read a sign.
This company is great to work with. Justin has been an excellent interface making this a hands off experience for me. He has dealt with the insurance company and managed the roof installation process exceptionally. I would highly recommend Exterior Genie for your roofing needs.
It was hard at first as a first-time home buyer but the way things went and they handled everything between insurance company, I felt more comfortable.
