Working with Exterior Genie was as smooth as any situation relating to home repair could be. The representative, Justin McLean was great. He thoroughly explained the process and expected expenses. The work crew was prompt, efficient, and when finished did a thorough job of cleaning up the yard. I recommend exterior Genie to anyone wanting a professional company to do their work.
Took them nearly 4 months to get me on the schedule while my roof continued to leak. Finally got them out there and they literally put the wrong color roof on. While we eventually worked something out with them, the whole process was a major headache with a lot of back and forth with the owner. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
