From having Ken come out and give ideas and suggestions on window sizes, to the amazingly polite and professional crew, we will always recommend Exterior Finishing! Cecil and Aiden went the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. Great communication throughout every day they were at my house! Thank you for excellent work! Now for Ken to get me some door quotes

Called for a qoute. Had a person come out look the job over. Then said ill email you the qoute. Been playing phone tag now. Even after i called them a different person called to get my email. Then said ill get it that day. Well its now week 2 that past. If you do this horrible level of communication ill pass on hiring you. Unbelievable.

Second time I have contracted them to put in windows and doors. The quality of work is excellent, but what really stood out was the professionalism of their employees. Polite, no foul language every second word and thorough in making sure the job was done right. They were a pleasure to have work in my house.

Ken came by our home for a quotation for flashing several windows and a door, but we were left out to dry. I called 3 times to see if we could get a price, the first call I was assured that we would receive a quote in a week, and in the last call, I left a voicemail requesting an answer as to whether or not we should plan to have someone else do the work; we did not receive a call back.
