We had a leak into our attic due to an improperly installed shingle installed by this company . Chris came by to say that his team would fix their mistake, but never followed up, avoided our calls and emails and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointed as we now have to pay another company to fix Exterior Element's mistake and also fix the drywall. Do not use this company!

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the work and craftsmanship of Exterior Elements. One of the crew urinated on our property, the screws have popped out of the facia and there are huge bumps in the roof. When we called and told them about it, Chris said he would come by but never did. We called another company to fix their mistakes. Which they did with no issues!
