I purchased a house with about 80 feet of vinyl fencing installed by Exterior Design Landscaping LLC. The fence posts were installed without cement allowing them to move up and sidewise. The fence is leaning over and the pickets in the fence pop off the frame when you bush against them with the lawnmower. The metal fasteners just tear the vinyl so the picket cannot be reinstalled with the same fastener. I have been gluing the pickets back onto frame.
