Don't waste your time calling for anything. They transfere you all over the place and when you are connected to the dept. you are looking for they pick-up and hang up. You can hear them in the background briefly before you are cut off. The Managers don't care either "Oh there must have been a connection problem". " Oh, we're just busy". "Oh there is only 1 person to handle all the phones". One excuse after another. No more business from me.
I don't know why I continue to torture myself with this Home Depot store. My husband and I both have had maybe a total of 5 transactions with this store, and a total of 5 bad experiences. I've yet to find a single employee who can understand me (no one speaks English there). Once I asked where to find twine and I was sent to major appliances and told to be sure and plug it in to make it work. We had a horrible experience with a refrigerator purchase that got so messed up that the district manager had to get involved. Today, ... read more
