I don't normally post reviews but I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Exterior Construction Inc today that is worth writing about. My house ended up with an extremely thick (~2 foot deep) ice dam across the entire back. I have experience removing ice dams on my own but--because of the harsh cold this year--this one would not give way (I broke multiple tools, and the ice-melt-in-a-sock trick did absolutely nothing). Exterior Construction was great to work with! I had what we thought was a roof leak due to ice dams, and after some research in my local Facebook groups, they came highly recommended. Anthony was very communicative, kind, and answered my questions before and after he came out to take care of the snow on my roof. I love Anthony and have hired him for several jobs (gutters, roof repair, roof replacement). He’s a joy to work with-responds quickly, follows up, shows up when he says he will, communicates well and does excellent work. His pricing is very fair and he’s just a nice guy to work with.
