Working with Neil Tibbles of EBS has been a breath of fresh air. Neil’s knowledge of insurance claims & how to best communicate with the adjustor made a big difference. What impressed me most about Neil Tibbles was the combination of competence and character. He ensured I got what I deserved from my insurance company, but he also guided me with honesty, never once trying to oversell or rush a decision. I have found a roofing company I trust to recommend to all my family and friends.
Most of the work was good but they tore up some of my shrubs. . I didn't read in the fine print where it stated they weren't responsible for shrubs. They said they would get back with me but never did.
