Company may have good reviews, and install new roofs quickly, BUT! They installed a new roof on our neighbors house, next to ours. The team was careless with how they were flinging the shingles/asphalt pieces everywhere. We have a Golden Retriever who has been very healthy, He was not allowed in the yard for two days, as our deck was having boards replaced. *** and his crew assisted me in every aspect to include all the insurance paper filing for me to obtain a complete replacement roof. Two years ago another company almost the same damage, did nothing and I got nothing for the repairs. The crew came and were very efficient and had the best cleanup of a complete roof replacement that Ive ever seen. Highly recommend this company!
I highly highly recommend exterior alliance. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. I worked with ********************* and he helped me file an insurance claim that paid all but my deductible for a brand new roof. The day of the roof installation the crew showed up early and worked until complete. They discovered a potential fire hazard with our dryer vent and fixed it at no cost. Again I highly recommend this company
