My review is not about the work done to my vehicle, but about the owner of the company. He is very unprofessional. During the time he had my car in his shop, the hood latch was broken. When I picked up my car, I drove it about 100 feet out of the parking lot. I stopped on the side street to close my hood because there was an alert on the dash of my car. Got my sister a Christmas gift of a detail, have used this place in the past and the detailing is always outstanding as it was this time. The problem was and still is Gator broke the hood latch on my sister's Lincoln Nautilus. His answer to this is stuff happens she will have to get it fixed. I have been in business for 25 years and if I damage peoples property doing my job, I am responsible for fixing it, as is he legally.
