I don't understand how people rate this place highly... Oh I do! Its because they are regular clients not Groupon newbies... Ah and of course they also speak Spanish. I was on vacation trying to get a little treat and had THE WORST experience of my life. First I was took by this frazzled hairdresser that stop doing my highlights to attend her client! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE APPROPRIATE VENTILATION FOR KERATIN PROCEDURES, SO ALL THE CANCEROGENIC FUMES STAY INSIDE THE SALON FOR A LONG TIME. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEY ALL SPEAK POOR ENGLISH!! THEY KEEP CHATTING TO EACH OTHER DURING WORK, WHILE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING FULL ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS WHOSE HAIR IS IN THEIR HANDS.
