The Simi Valley Extended Stay location is infested with roaches. The sheets had blood stains on them. The room was run done, from the countertops to the appliances. Service was terrible, after notifying them of my stay I was simply told to have a nice day. The location is sketchy and the halls and rooms smell like smoke which is odd for it to be a non smoking facility. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay at this location.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jake who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and I will be back in the future.
