I want to first say the receptionist Mitch is an awesome dude. He is hilarious and really put us at ease on one the most trying days of our lives. My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of an affordable stay. He searched prices and we laughed and joked about various topics. I travel quite a bit and have stayed at quite a few Intown Suites. This is certainly one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning staff do a really great thorough job and Barb the GM is super friendly and is always so helpful, she doesn’t put up with any nonsense. It’s very safe, no one can get into the building after 7 without a key. A lot of cameras and the laundry room is great also. Nothing broken or worn down. Great location, quiet. From getting to the hotel to check in to the room, plus the rooms are always clean apon entering. All 5 stars for hospitality and cleanliness. And mrs.barb is wonderful and friendly and kind with caring for her guests. All 5 stars. Update: second time staying here. And I still refure this place to anyone. Its like a family and its quiet and we'll maintained. Will be staying again for more quietness and feeling like at home. Worth more than 5 stars.

All the positives reviews and the occasional 1 star I felt like they were fake. So glad we decided to check for ourselves anyways. After being here for a bit I can give an honest review. Our room is spacious, very clean and quiet. I use a wheelchair and the hotel staff has offered to help me in different situations without me asking and without hesitation. I'm returning to this location knowing it is one of the most effectively managed extended stay hotels around. The rooms are still meticulously clean, the location is quiet and safe, and everything is in proper working order as it was on my last stay, of course. But the quality of care Barb and her staff exhibit for all their guests is head and shoulders above what one can find at this type of place.
