I absolutely love this place. Ms.B is like the best person alive. Front desk service is unbeatable. I definitely recommend. I can’t complain about a thing. Come. Now. Like right now. I’m not leaving.

I have been here over a month. This place is super safe, cameras everywhere. Quiet, spacious and the maids do a really great job. Barb the GM is amazing. This is her baby. From what it was before her is night and day. She is welcoming, super nice yet doesn't tolerate bs. Just the way it should be. If you know youre a problem id skip this place. For the price and location, it has been a great place to stay. Barb and her staff are very friendly and attentive. I feel safe and I would recommend it to anyone that is new to Dallas.

Barbara, the General Manager is absolutely amazing, she ensures InTown Suites is ran like a well oiled-extended stay. She's thorough, empathetic but also firm, the guests call her "Mama Barb" which is also a reflection of her hospitable nature. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly return to InTown Suites. The service and team were impeccable. I recommend the Premium Suites if you intend on staying for longer periods of time. Great Stay and thank you so much Barb!! God Bless You!!
