Very unpleasant nasty unprofessional women at front desk
My stay at this property was an absolute nightmare, entirely due to the malicious and unacceptable behavior of the manager, Vanessa. For two days, I was forced to sleep in a room where the bed was covered in pet hair. I requested clean linens every single day. My requests were completely ignored, aside from the second day. The staff here are great Brittney is always willing to help anyway she can. The rooms are nice and comfortable when I’m in town I’ll stay here again I never had any issues their absolutely great staff anything I needed during my stay they took care of it
The location of this Extended Stay hotel is great and it’s in a nice area, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we first got to our room, it felt stuffy, had a burnt smell, and the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well. Since we’re in Arizona and it was extremely hot outside, we figured the AC probably just needed some time to cool the room down. We turned it all the way down to 60°F and took a nap.
