Horrible!! The hotel and room itself is fine. It's clean, it's a nice mid-range hotel and good location in Biltmore. The problem is the staff. First, they only clean the rooms in between guests, or every 14 days, if you're staying for a while. This apparently also means they don't deal with full trash. I left it in the hallway and was told I was responsible for taking the trash out, or they were going to charge me. Are you kidding me!?! Every time I come in I am always having an amazing experience thanks Vanessa and brit and Ashley they are truly amazing and helpful always goes above and beyond thanks ladies
This hotel charged me $212 for a pet which I did not bring. I called the hotel and spoke with Vanessa. I explained to her that I do not own a dog. She did not want to reverse the charge. I asked her for proof as I know this is not true and she was not willing to provide that. I’m allergic to dogs so it’s crazy that this is something I’m paying for. Horrible place, would highly not recommend.
