Management front desk, employees. Just horrible place. Spend a bit more elsewhere. Repair requested since beginning of the stay were never fixed. And the manager was not understanding and kicked dout this brain tumor cancer patient out. Even though everything was paid for for over a month for over $2500 Stay away. Zero customer service zero compassion. Go elsewhere by all means
I was there on business for 13 weeks. I got locked out twice a week. I was pressured by staff to enter room to clean/ service room when they entered and did nothing but take out a little trash. Never cleaned. They came to my room 3 deep like some thugs to enter at 11a but didn’t come until 3:30p. Crack pipes broken on stairwell. Dogs pissed and pooped out carpet in hallway. Dirty linen. Management was very rude and demanding and all i wanted to do was park in the parking lot on my lunch break and couldn't even do that SMH
We did not have a good experience staying here. The hotel was very dirty, the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting and very old with a lot of stains. The toilet was clogged and when we told the lady in the front desk she was rude about it. In addition, we went to the front desk multiple times and couldn’t find nobody working. Terrible experience.
