I booked my friend a room here this week (July 4th, 2025) This morning he woke up to a cockroach in the bed with him. Another decided to visit him in the shower. Needless to say, he checked out 4 days early, we’ll see if they refund the rest of his stay

Worst experience. We checked at 11:00 pm with reservation already made at noon. We entered the room and did not have atleast one blanket also to sleep. I dialed the frontdesk and the night attendant duntana attended the call. She said that they had the laundry and wont be able to give any blankets. I was told to call after 2-3 hours to get blanket. Worst service. Should i be waiting 3 hours to get a blanket because they put the laundry at 12:00 am midnight?? The room that the reservation is already made should have everythin... read more
