I first was checked in 632 and the room wreaked of urine, so bad my nose was burning. Do they moved me to 110 and currently It sounds like the people above have been wrestling going on 2.5 hours. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone doesn’t even work! I called from my cell phone and the banging and slamming and stomping stopped for about 37 minutes and now it’s back to WWIII....I have to be at work at 6 am and was awoken at 12:30 am by all of this banging. Oh dear. Really... I mean, if you can't stay ANYWHERE ELSE...
I have to live here for two weeks for my job. I come from Sacramento away from my family! I s leasable surprised how friendly and welcoming everyone was. I was immediately greeted by Ricardo, he introduced himself took care of my check in flawlessly... I was late, since I didn't have time to check in the day before. He didn't blink an eye. He was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will definately come back and let my company know that this is the place to book our travelers!!!! Thank you Ricardo!
They wasn't very organized and they were rude.. they need help with helping people.
