Never. Again. AC unit literally sounded like a small generator running inside the room. (I wish I could upload a video, but I’ll gladly send it to corporate if you read this.) Desk worker check me in right away no problem was peaceful would come again and Sarah the manger was super helpful for anything
The customer service is wonderful, I think the receptionist name was Belinda, she attended me very well and sounded very friendly, she was very nice and helpful with most of the questions I had about the room services and the prices!!
