Natasha at the front desk. Is an awesome women. She very but @the same time she make her, positions seem very easy. Very professional at the same time, easy too talk to. Natasha, charming smile, and as well as her Get it done attitude make me want to come back to this location of a hotel.
If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. Most of these reviews are lies. I got 2 rooms and both were disgusting . This place STINKS and is DIRTY. The tub had a black ring around it, the TV did not work, the light fixture was missing the bathroom, the just light bulbs and wiring hanging and the refrigerator was leaking and had some leftover residue from the previous stay. Great staff and big rooms.
Natasha at the front desk was more than amazing. ..first she helped a food delivery driver find the right drop off where it involved her calling the persons cell phone who could have made the order from her property then calling the second property to find the recipient of the food ..she did more then she was required or responsible for to make sure the patron and delivery person got the help they needed . She also made sure that I received an updated room since it was available .her knowledge of the guest and inventory make... read more
