Awful. I have traveled at least 5x a year and this was the worst experience I've had. Only reason I checked in was bc I already had driven for 5 hours it was 1240a in a sketchy neighborhood and my teenage daughter and I had to be up at 7am for a full game of sport tournaments. We desperately needed rest. Felt extremely unsafe when a man in an bicycle followed us from the main road and was circling the parking lot as we waited purposely in our car in hopes he would leave. No toilet paper in bathroom and nobody at the front desk. Had to walk to store to buy it. How does that even happen?
DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT STAY HERE... First when you get here, exspect hidden fee and i think these fee they make it up not motel 6 corporate mandate. The daily rate does not include house keep and you have pay $2 a day utility. Room is not clean, furniture is old and dirty. No breakfast, which all hotel do... no customer service experience, and front desk when you call it seem like your bothering them. They have kitchen but they expect traveler bring their own pots and pan snd silverware none is provided. Its not worth the ... read more
I have never been so insulted and pissed off in my life! I actually made a reservation (I thought was here) come to find out the other half of the hotel is Extended Stay where I actually made my reservation! But when you walk in to either one they both look exactly the same and I just thought they stole my 600-dollar deposit. The guy behind the desk called me stupid and if he had just looked at my key and told me I was in the wrong section of motel we would have been ok, but he didn't. He just argued with me constantly!!! Not the Ritz. Had to wait 30 mins at 12am to check-in, no customer service (had broken iron and told clerk but they didn't seem to care), a little run down with goodwill type furniture. That said, I was pleasantly surprised the spacious room, pull out bed, recliner, kitchen and split bathroom. Room was nicer than most standard rooms. Would stay again as I thought it was very goid for the low budget.
