Ongoing hot water failure – immediate action needed The hot water on the 3rd floor has been non-functional for an extended period of time. Multiple guests have now gone nearly two weeks without a single hot shower. This is not an isolated incident — it appears to be a systemic issue. Hot water is a basic, non-negotiable amenity, especially for working guests who need to prepare in the morning and recover after long days.
