I had a great stay at this extended-stay hotel! The hotel was affordable, comfortable, and a great value for the price. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Jerome. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable extended stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again!
Honestly after I've stayed in a few of the cheap options for hotels or motels; Extended stay has really been the best in my opinion. And that says a lot when the first time I stayed here I was just some dumb kid. Thank you to the staff and everyone working for this location. Y'all have been amazing 🤝
Terrible communication, canceled reservation, and unacceptable attitude I will never stay at this property again. We booked a room for Friday night through Monday morning and proactively called the desk around 9:00 PM on Friday to let them know we would arrive between Midnight and 1:00 AM. The employee on the phone assured us there was no issue and our room would be ready. The room was standard, no bug problems, the hotel staff was accommodating, but Gigi really make the extra effort. She remembers everyone's name and almost makes it feel like home with the greetings she gives as you walk past to your room.
Great place! No complaints great staff!
