I recently stayed there and was falsely accused of smoking in a room when I’ve never smoked a day in my life so they charged me $350.00 that I don’t have and when I called to speak to a manager the lady automatically assumed I did so she hung up in my face but when I first walked in the room that was the smell I smelt and I immediately came downstairs to try to get another room their was no one at the desk counter so I do not recommend anyone to stay there unless they wanna be falsely accused. And poor management.
I am a nurse. I work night shift. I stay at this Extended Stay when I’m in Waco for my shifts. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. My poor review is in regards to housekeeping. Multiple times in a day, I’ve had staff knock on the door loudly for house keeping. I have repeatedly told staff I work night shift. It is frustrating that this has happened twice now within two hours. Other than this, the front desk staff are wonderful
