Safe, peaceful location, yet close to everything. Very accommodating, friendly front desk staff, thank you! We had a comfortable, home away from home long-term stay. Would have appreciated more if they clean our room better each time (floor not vacuumed and sweeped)
We stayed here for one night while driving through Ohio. The lady at the desk was nice when checking in, but at checkout, no one was available at the desk for at least 10 minutes or more. People were waiting and calling out for someone to help, thinking the staff might be in the back room. We ended up walking away before anyone was available. We had a terrible experience. We booked a room with 2 queens through Hotels.com. Shortly before we arrived, they called to say they didn’t have any 2 queen rooms, only one queen with a pull out couch. They blamed Hotels.com for this, but Hotels.com say they just work with the info that the hotel gives them. We accepted the room and figured our child would be ok the couch.
