This hotel is very nice! Management was very nice, the room we stayed in had a full working kitchen! Room was bigger than most hotel rooms! Definitely recommend!! Go check them out!
Excellent stay! The service was great, the rooms were very clean, and the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and value.
These people are absolutely so terrible!!!! before even walking in there was already an angry mob of people outside explaining how this woman was so absolutely horrible to them and they already paid $500 and more towards a room that she refused to them, it wasn’t until going in there that I realize exactly what they were speaking about. They got new management so all these reviews praising them before a month ago is about the people who were there beforehand. Absolutely terrible customer service these people were not only bad, but they were highly disrespectful, prejudice, and plain disgusting… booked a room I fully paid for and was told upon arrival that I wasn’t able to stay in that room, and there were no refunds on top of being looked at like I was trash and talk to like I was lower than garbage.. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.
When I tell you Kim is amazing in every way!!! I do mean amazing...she always on top of everything and I mean the customer service alone is awesome and the rooms are always clean. I really truly appreciate the service 🙏🏼 thank you
