Well we shared with the lady at the front desk that our shower head was barely trinkling water out, not to mention there the lock on the bathroom door was broken, and upon entering the room on arrival there was a very strong smell of possibly animal dog or cat pee which was fixed and I think the staff for that overall I will stay here again the rooms were clean we were offered dishes pots and pans coffee pot toaster etc they were all sanitized and nice the staff was very warm and caring they have a laundry room here their wa... read more
I really have to say that for me as an Bavarian this hotel actually suprised me cause the room is really nice and comfy. The staff was awesome and very friendly and also the location is very good cause u can reach everything in like 5 minutes and also the rooms are very clean and if you need something the staff will help u out in an instant.
I enjoy coming to this hotel, it's always a pleasant stay. Janene and Esmeralda are always helpful and with a positive attitude. Always have such a great stay.
