Great stay overall my family and I were here for quite sometime. Staff was very helpful and accommodating towards anything we need. We definitely book again. Janene was extremely helpful.
Rooms are always clean. Housekeepers are great. Front desk is always with a smile on their face. Area is quiet. Janene always goes above and beyond.
Cockroaches! When I arrived to my room right away I saw a live cockroach climbing the wall. Can you imagine how many more cockroaches are hiding when the lights are off. Place also smells like a mixture of cooked nasty fish & mildew… So unless you wanna sleep with cockroaches running across your face I would not go to this place! No, I did not stay the night.I asked for a refund from Priceline & the hotel and was given nothing. Im sure they’ll respond like the other bad reviews and say “i hope you give us another chance” …. ... read more
