Recently I did a review on this place , shortly after I submitted it was contacted by the manager, basically they didn't like how I put they're business out there. I lived in ESA for about two years and the day I checked out they tried to charge me $1400 because I checked out on the day I was due. Illegally telling ppl they can't smoke medical marijuana in their car and kicking ppl out for smoking in a smoking room. They have "do not rent" me or a DNR over my review. Excellent choice for us—an older couple with a cat, downsizing and moving from Texas and waiting for our house in Norman to be ready. Great staff and such nice, friendly people staying here. A convenient and affordable hotel and pet friendly. It’s not in walking distance to restaurants or stores but can have food delivered from a number of places.
This is a really strange place to stay. We came because it said kitchen and extended stay so thought it would be pretty nice for $110. Ive stayed at motels for $50-$60 that were twice as nice as this. The kitchen doesnt have a single plate (not even a paper plate), paper towels or napkins, no pans not even soap at the sink - There isn't even soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo and a roach on the wall. No way to call at the front desk and no one there, definitely not worth the $ and a disappointment.
Place is great. They got everything you need. Microwave, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer. Will not find another hotel like that.
