Im SUPREMELY glad I ignored some of the reviews. I never read them for a reason. Here's why. Be glad and grateful for having an extended stay in the vicinity. Lifesaver. From new York I booked it without seeing it for 3 months stay. Im the mother of an very young woman and she was going to stay here awhile so everything was very important for me to know, feel,and be sure things were taken care of. This place needs to be demolished, Roach infected Rooms! Room are only cleaned every 14 days with lengthy periods of stay. Roach infested rooms, I had to disenfect & sterilize myself. I was charged intern with a TV that didn't catch satellite channels nor did maintenance respond to fix. There is noone present at front desk after 10pm till 0900 pm. So if you, locked out they will mostly likely call a night attendant of will be Unpolite because you woke them from there cozy slumber!

I booked my room for a week, and as soon as I carried my cat into the room; I was kicked-out and charged over $250. I’ve never been to an Extended Stay, where the staff stalks your every move. I went to the Red Roof Inn and wasn’t asked any questions; pets stay for FREE.
