DO NOT RENT HERE AND NEGLECT TO CALL AND TELL THEM YOUR CHECKING IN LATE... I booked a room paid for it.. check out time was 11 am so I said we will arrive at our room that we paid for for about 3 then head to our meeting.. this hotel canceled my reservation at 2am and canceled my reservation and kept my money?? I arrived from Cincinnati a 11hr drive. Too no room, no refund, no apologies no notice NO CONSIDERATION!!! They need the money more i guess...keep it! GODS GOT ME. Blessings

At the Extended Stay America a person came BEATING ON THE DOOR WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME saying they were going to spray for bugs. They woke US UP FROM OUR NAP 😪 AND THEY LEFT ( WHICH WAS WONDERFUL) ☺️. We called the front desk and they said DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. Well, about 5 minutes later here they come again beating on the door saying they had to COME IN and spray for BUGS. ( WE JUST STARTED TO GET BACK TO OUR NAP) I was NAKED under the sheets when they HAD TO COME INTO THE ROOM (THEY OR THE MANAGER SAID) 😞 ... read more

This is a great place to stay whether you're coming in for a day or two, but also if you plan on staying long term. The staff is friendly, provides great service, and the rates are fair. I've enjoyed my stay for the past 6 months and it has positive vibes. I would recommend it.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start the hotel room is just completely disgusting it looks like they don’t even clean the kitchen or the bathroom. It was infested with roaches completely unsanitary just disgusting!!!!!! I had my 1 month old with me I didn’t even feel comfortable laying her on those filthy beds they provided. It only let me give it one star but if i could I’d give it ZERO!!!! A update after I stayed here at this hotel my home got infested with roaches you guys should be paying for my pest exterminator.
