Staff was supper friendly. If something came up that went wrong they made sure to fix it or make it right. One thing bein a coffee pot that didn’t work, they got me another. Another was washer went out and left my clothes in a pool. They also made that right!

The front desk was very kind when I came in quite late. The room was clean-ish and smelled neutral. The conference I attended was lengthy so I didn't spend much time in my room. It was in a good area, I felt safe. My car seemed safe parked in the lot. All seemed well until a roach cruised past the morning I checked out, then brought a friend. Based on my first day, this hotel showed a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Jackson at the front desk presented outstanding service. He was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful during check-in, ensuring that all questions were addressed. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a strong first impression. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. I’m looking forward to the remainder of my stay.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Basic amenities such as shower gel were not available in the room and had to be requested, which is unusual. The breakfast offering was almost nonexistent - just coffee was available. In addition, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which significantly affected the overall experience.

I was stranded, my phone was dead, and really REALLY stressed. There was really nice employee with a green beanie that let me borrow a charger and I was able to make it home safely! Super thankful and will forever remember them for that!
