I don’t recommend this hotel; it’s DIRTY, Unsafe, and the customer service is lackluster. Stayed here because other hotels in the area were sold out. Will never stay here again. The website claims a recent remodel, but there’s no evidence of it. 🙅🏾♀️
The rooms were fantastic. The staff fantastic as well. The guy named.Asaiah With the Beard It’s one of the best customer service I’ve ever had thank you guys five stars best hotel ever
Bathroom shower door doesn't work and the elevator takes forever to open and it sucks that they only clean every 14 days and they don't take trash out when they clean the rooms even if you have it in a trash bag
One of elevators is always busted which results in having to wait over 5 minutes each time you need it. It's shared with staff who cant or will not speak English, a maintenance guy who is kinda creepy & who is always smoking by the back entrance. The sidewalks & parking lot is always dirty due to some of the trashy residents there. The complimentary breakfast is a joke! The coffee is nasty brown water.
