This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE! I was booked for the nights of August 1 and 2, 2025 (room 106) and ended up not staying the second night the first night was so bad. How bad could it be, oh....let me count the ways! - I checked in and got my room, but had to leave and came back at around 9 PM. This is located on a frontage road and surrounded by businesses so we felt it was a safe location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a bit obvious that in addition to short stay resident's like we were, there are extended stay business residents and what felt like transition resident's who may have been homeless at one time but everyone that we met was extremely friendly and we didn't feel uncomfortable. Hotel’s customer service is exceptionally great. They were accommodating to our needs, if something needed attention they gave us fast response. Hotel manager Jackson is very good, polite and available to respond to any concerns. Rooms were clean and spacious, and housekeeping was actively cleaning common areas. Location is ideal, quiet area close to freeway.
