Your staff is very welcoming and goes out of their way to take care of their guests. We felt immediately at home, safe and well cared for. The room was very clean and the location is great! We needed to be in a place like this during this time and greatly appreciate the warmth and consideration we received. I'm terrible with names, but there were two woman employees who were particularly helpful and friendly and made us feel really important. Thank you!
Great service. Always there when you need! Shiva had outstanding customer service.
Lovely experience. They also let us leave our baggage for two hours at the hotel.
