Service is good and near many places
We stayed at Extended Stay America, Mountain View, CA for 2 weeks and had such a wonderful experience! Big thanks to Shiva, Tara, and Gaurabh for making us feel so welcome and taking such great care of us. The whole staff was super helpful and kind, which really made our stay comfortable and memorable. Our little Shih Tzu, Jerry, also had the best time here — he loved all the attention and made so many friends too! It truly felt like home for all of us. Been here twice. But the quality has degraded over time. Was here in 2018 and then in 2023. But the location is great for access.
I cant belive clean rooms until 2 weeks of your stay
