I gotta be honest, I'm not sure how this hotel has such high reviews. I booked this place trusting the Google reviews, but I regret not booking another hotel with similar pricing. The floors were disgustingly dirty, it made the bottoms of my socks black and I had to wipe the floors myself - see the attached image of the resulting towel after a quick wipe down. Very good stay experience, although that was a short one. Place and parking is safe, room is clean, had some minor plumbing-related issues but nothing serious. Would stay again

We stayed at Extended Stay America Mountain View for a little over two months this year. The property itself was fine, but our experience with the front desk, especially with a staff member named Mirabelle, was bad enough that we ended up leaving early and booking somewhere else for the rest of our stay. We booked the first month separately from the following weeks, and before the second reservation started, we called ESA customer service and specifically asked them to combine the two reservations.
