Just finished speaking with Sayet (Friday 08/07/2026 at 3 pm) who was literally screaming to me over the phone after quoting me 40% higher rates than the website showed, which I challenged with facts. Now I understand why 591 reviewers before me think this place is awful ... it is! And I almost gave them a lot of money to host my family members for one night. Sayet - you do not belong in customer service!
The amenities were not available pool was under construction. Had made other plans but made choice to come here because of the pool. Bo housekeeping. Weren’t given extra towels because we had to exchange the ones we had at the front desk in order to get towels. Good location but sucks in every way.
The perfect place to stay whether it's one night or extended they are always awesome very clean and well priced
Kierra was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and efficient.
Great place been producing my podcast there . Marisol the GM is on top of this hotel and gets things done quickly . All of the front desk are skilled and personable The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness and charm . Best run that I ever patronized A+
