OK, I say this in all seriousness, the workers here are phenomenal and very kind. So willing to understand and work with others. I’ve been here for over a week and my stay has been phenomenal. I’ve really been enjoying the comforting atmosphere. It is very nice and I don’t get bothered. No noisy neighbors or anything out of the ordinary. What I understand is this hotel has been completely renovated! A lot of these *reviews are not current*. Management is fantastic, the staff has been wonderful, and the people who clean the rooms are very kind and ready to assist. I love the location, two blocks from Carlsbad beach, and very close to restaurants, and just down the street is the beach itself. I have a full kitchen which I love, and it's very clean. I have no complaints. I'm staying here in between selling my house and buying a new one.
