Update: The company has not contacted me since I sent them an email asking for a reimbursement or refund of some kind. Bad business. What can I NOT say about this stay. This hotel needs to be renovated. We were visiting from out of town and the staff decided to give us a room on tge floor that smelled like weed and infested with roaches. The staff were never at the front desk after 5:00 pm. You basically have to take out your own trash and bring cleaning supplies. There were roaches everywhere. I found myself in san antonio in a pinb needing to stay several days. thank god I found this place. It was like my own condominium or apartment. Very spacious, and we're gonna be and my pet was welcome. The price was very reasonable compared to the place across the street.That I will not mention. I will definitely stay here again.
better than other extended stays
Please read everything, y’all need to know this. Worst stay that I’ve EVER had. There were various bugs crawling around, some in the kitchen and some in the bathroom. The toilet had hair and pee on the seat and it was honestly disgusting. Drawers were broken and me and my family was uncomfortable. We asked for a different room. In the new room, they had a peephole with NO glass on it. You could literally stick your finger through it. Other than that the room was I guess okay?
