I’m deeply disappointed by my experience at this location on Tuesday, August 5th. The front desk worker on duty displayed rude and outright disrespectful behavior, particularly toward individuals with physical disabilities and people of various ethnic backgrounds. It was upsetting to witness such blatant disregard for basic decency and professionalism. Jennie, Wadak and Keisha, Was Sooooo Amazing! They were super Helpful, and Super Loving. They went above and beyond her service duties. They helped me so much… and they did it with a Loving Heart. Of course they have things that are out of their Control… because of the system requirements… but they were just so Sweet about it. I can’t stop recommending them enough.
The rooms were fine except the bathtub looked dirty. We had 3 adults staying for 4 nights. They left a 1-ounce bottle of shampoo, for 3 people???? You had to ask for a coffee maker in your room. The lobby was either empty with no one behind the desk or packed. There were no benches out front to sit while waiting for an Uber.
These Newly renovated rooms are great and the staff is Amazing. The Maintenance engineer is very informative, nice and extremely helpful. The front desk personnel is very informative and helpful as well. Housekeeping does a good job with the guidance of the property’s new AGM. Lady but not least , the new GM Hailey Polite goes above and beyond in all areas of the building to ensure that the property is running efficiently. Overall a great location and a great environment.
