If you are staying longer in this hotel then this is not good choice.. They dont clean room before every 15 days, even after 15 days same condition, Giving reason of less manpower always though they have many staff members. Breakfast menu is nothing only coffee can be consumed.

The pros: good neighborhood, walking trail behind the building, very clean room and bathroom that smelled fine. The cons: "free breakfast" is quite an overstatement, rooms not well stocked, exterior not very pleasant (heaping trash bins, smoky smells).

From my son: AVOID THIS HOTEL, IT IS NEGLEGENT AND MAKES DANGEROUS DECISIONS I made a reservation through booking.com a week prior to arriving in Salt Lake. I then made a request to the property personally for a late check-in after 10pm. They messaged me back, letting me know the late check-in was approved. So 1. The hotel was aware of my reservation and 2. They had my contact information because they had previously contacted me. (See all of my photos I submitted). Hotel is located in the nicest part of the city on a creek, with cemented hiking trails. Every type of grocery store and restaurant, is accessable by walking and the Trax light rail Street car to downtown is in walking distance. Rooms were very well cleaned and maintained. I appreciated the kind, courtyious and professional service that David, Emir and Nick provided to me and my family during our stay.
