I'm usually limited where I can stay because I travel with a pet, and this location was better than most in the area. I've been having to get specialized vehicle maintenance done in town the past 3 weeks. My first stay I have no complaints about my room besides the noisy shower. My second stay, I ended up with 113, which smelled of urine and has torn flooring throughout, and had to move rooms because of roaches. I have been staying at this location for the past few weeks. While I normally live with roommates, I needed some time and space for myself. I would like to recognize Gloria, the Manager, and her outstanding team—Marcus, K'La, James, Pedro, and everyone else at this Extended Stay location—for the exceptional customer service they have provided. I'm having a real problem with the latest manager. I will update this review site once i see how extended Stay Management team addresses this issue. Otherwise, Ive always been happy with the service and place itself. Ive spent over $40,000 at this place over the past 2 years
