Nariah checked us in and has been extremely helpful to me and my family. The staff here has been great. The location is great there are many things within a walkable distance to eat and shop.
The room that I was offered #134 was dirty and at times, with cockroaches/fleas. I showed them to the manager Allysa. Said she would assist me with spray. It never came . What came was a message at my door to leave ! No reasons or due process. I have been here since late July. I had to look around the building for room service to get sheets. I did not know anything how to get service. No one briefed me at check in. Most Hotels/Motels do...don't they? My room key would work then not work. When i asked to get it fixed i was ch... read more
