Room was horrible it was dirty and everything in it was just dingy and lightning did not help smelled of stale smoke and the walls, furniture and appliances all had something either stuck to or on it. Unfortunately was the worst place ive ever stayed at as well as the dirtiest and there was not anywhere else to stay or i obviously would have left. Yet again Richard, the manager, is a lifesaver! He always has been a great person and a very understanding man. He keeps the area clean and always checks in with our stay. He makes it very difficult for my husband and I to leave lol but we know eventually the day will come.. we’re glad we came here! All the staff are very nice, especially Nana! We share the same name lol. I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to call home away from home to reside here. 10/10!

The customer service here at this location is the best. When I say all the staff all the staff is very accommodating they try and help you out as much as they can. Rooms are spacious. You have have everything you need. And are in a great location near alot of shopping centers, coffee shops, food. Richard and Darlene are the best

Well we are still here and like always Richard and his staff are on the ball with anything we need! Shout out to the night staff for being there always and another shout out to the security staff for keeping us safe!
