I don't really know why this is only a 3.9 star hotel. I have not had any issues. the staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean. I've had zero issues at all. Couldn't ask for better. I stayed here for two months. Wonderful people. I give it five stars.
Extended stay America owner, can I have your attention, the elevator at your Rockford Hotel needs seen better days. Can you update your elevator with the new brighter grid ceiling please? Do you understand?
Our room was on the first floor. We had 2 comfy beds and a full size sofa bed. It was clean and spacious. It has a kitchenett with all the accessories needed to cook your own meals with a full size refrigerator. Your in walking distance to Machine Shed, Burger King, Steak n Shake, Tavern On Clark. Great service and people
Cheap, decently clean rooms, great staff. I booked same-day with no issues. The casino is walkable and the AC works great. The hallways are a little dingy/musty, and my room was covered in the smell of fruit loops, which I can only assume is from cleaning products. I actually didn’t mind the fruit loop smell and slept great.
