So far this location is service oriented. Not like most of them nationwide... I travel 11 months out of the year staying in these extended stays for work... This one far exceeded the others by far...
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are always clean, house keeping is very nice, recommend this hotel 10/10
This hotel was extremely rude/dirty. The staff hardly pays attention to the guests. I came out of my room to speak to the front desk to get new towels & was standing there for a whole 5 minutes before the lady Diana came around to even notice me and then I still never got my towels. & Under my bed was FILTHY it looks like they swept everything underneath & never cleaned under there! & when I informed the staff they didn’t even apologize. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!
