The room was smaller than advertised, and did not include a recliner as promised. In addition, there was no stopper for the bathroom sink, and the floor was dirty upon arrival. The hair dryer was missing. The refrigerator was dirty on the outside. The room is not handicapped-accessible, either. The phone and TV didn't work upon arrival, and had to be fixed.
Out of all the hotels I've stayed in in all my life, this has to be the worst. From the check-in desk needing plexiglass as though they get regular shootings and the amount of weed down the main corridor along with all the random stains on the floor we left after walking into the room in 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk was the only bright spot and anyone who were to stay there has to know up front that the rooms are atrocious the TV small.
