Promise of housekeeping is not met. They schedule you for housekeeping and it never happens. You have to remind the manager day in and day out and still nothing happens

I got an extended stay at this location. The rooms are decent. Ive heard of other rooms infested with bed bugs. My room it's self, the bathroom light did not work, and the bathroom sink was clogged. I notified the front desk, and still after 3 days, maintenance still has done nothing. I called the front desk for the practical comforts package and the pot, pan and spatula. So I recently stayed here for the one night because my boss booked me the room instead of me having to drive home for the day when I went to check in the guy was nice, but I don’t believe he had a name tag when I got to the room. There was no pots and pans no cups. No shampoo these things should already be in the room.
