I had a reservation at Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay in Henrietta, Rochester for May 23 for one night, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After spending a wonderful day visiting Highland Park and the Finger Lakes area, I arrived at the hotel around 9 PM exhausted and ready to rest. Cheap and a place to stay if you need something quick. You're paying for quality though

Booked online through third party. Tried to check in. There was a cardboard sign on the front door that said no vacancy but I had a paid for reservation. There was a lady behind the front desk doing something else and ignored me. A lady walked in the front door. She told me they have no rooms. I assume she was an employee. I informed the booking site. They called the hotel to verify they couldn't honor my reservation which was pre-paid and non-refundable. They wouldn't answer their phone.
