I had a pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well- maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. Very impressed with my stay here!
We had a truly pleasant and stress-free stay. The location is central and convenient, the environment is quiet and clean, and the suite setup with a kitchen and on-site laundry made it ideal for our family. Anne, Amir, Graham and Cassandra are the best workers ever. I love them all. I totally recommend this place.
So far it's been terrible, incompetent staff. Did not get the room that was booked. Staff could not locate a handcart, told me to spend the evening searching the building for one. Complete failure to communicate and facilitate the moving into a handicapped room. Still trying to get this sorted out, but at this point they're getting the review they deserve.
