I have now been staying at this location for almost 3 months now and have been constantly harassed by other residents “15 year old children” banging on my door all hours and them running. After complaining nobody did anything, the same children throw rocks at my windows and throw objects at my car. I have asked for help multiple times and pay over 2k a month to live here. Me and my family have been very comfortable. The staff is very nice and the Manager David is prompt, professional, and very helpful.

This was by far one of the worst experiences of my life along with wife and 2 small children we wish we would have read reviews we spent 80 days complaining about cockroaches and not having lights in the room bedding for a month and all the above.. we tried to stay calm and go through front desk and management but no solutions.. my family and I have had to throw away almost everything we bought into the hotel and have contacted guest relations 3 times and each time we get told 48hrs but no call back.
