To start off I trusted this hotel as a choice for being refundable and cancellable if needed, well that was a straight up lie. I get there to check in, I had to wait for someone to show up slowly, everything is smooth until he asks for an ID, I did not know I would need it since its not stated anywhere as required, so I did not immediately have it on me.
