The daytime desk staff was wonderful., very pleasant, professionsl, kind and helpful. The 2 stars are for them. My trouble started with a girl who came on later. Her name was Caroline. At first she was nice and tried to help me get rid of the god awful smell in my room. It didn't work. Something died in that room or there is a serious roach nest or mold in the ac. Something!
