The staff was outstanding. Especially Blanco. The room was clean. Everything worked very pleasant day.

My son lives there. Just what they need
1 of the worst stays ever. Roaches in room. Management refused to move me or refund me. District manager notified & guest relations notified. Nothing was done. Highly considering legal action.
YUCK!! DIRTY! THE SO-CALLED COUCH THAT COMES WITH THE KING ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! AND IT WAS SO LATE WHEN WE CHECKED IN THAT WE COULDN'T EVEN LIKE FIGHT TO GET SOMETHING FIXED WE JUST HAD TO GET A BUNCH OF COVERS AND PUT IT ON TOP OF THE DISGUSTING MATTRESS THAT I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE THEY WOULD THINK THAT'S ACCEPTABLE TO HAVE IN A ROOM! THE CARPETS IN THE HALLWAY ARE SO GROSS AND DIRTY! JUST VERY VERY RUN DOWN AND GROSS
