Never Again I stayed at the homestead suites in north Raleigh.never again.their staff was obnoxiously rude to me and my children.here's what happened,i locked me room key in my room (this happened one time) and the women at the door looks at me and says "where is your key) with an infant in my hand i try to yell through the glass door to her "i locked it in my room".she then very rudely tells me that i have to have my key to get in.i apologized to her and tried to explain to her i locked it in my room.she then tells me "I'm ... read more
Needs serious improvement. Our stay here in 06/08 started out terribly and never stopped until we checked out: First our room was not ready upon check-in. We returned an hour later and were given a room, opened the door to the room and it was like a blast furnace hitting you in the face! Either on accident, or to be "funny", staff had set the a/c wall unit to "heat" and "high fan". The heat was on full blast, in NC in June, for who knows how long. The room was unbearable and we waited in the hall for about 15 minutes for it ... read more
