The process was easy and the rooms are very clean friendly staff
I enjoyed my 2 week stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Sanford, Florida. The staff treated me well and made my time there very enjoyable! This is a great hotel for anyone coming to the Sanford, Florida area.
Entire Staff is wonderful and attentive
You have to trade your towels in for new ones and ask for new toilet paper from the front desk. And the fan in the bathroom does not work
I’ve been here over 7 times, Most of the staff is kind and friendly but one of the check out lady’s named may Is incredibly rude. She came to my room as i was getting my things telling me it’s check out time, she put her hand in the door so she could see inside then said she’s getting a smell and said she would charge a smoking fee as continuing to hold her hand in between the door, she didn’t even ask she completely just accused us.I left not even two minutes after that. this is very unprofessional and i truly did like this... read more
