Its nice that they always have coffee in the front. Always clean when check into my room. Staff is very accommodating.
This place is so unprofessional. I booked my hotel for a whole week with them and paid over 500 hundreds of dollars. They allowed someone else to check me out of my room and didn’t verify the information. They didn’t apologize or nothing. All they kept saying was I need to pay again if I wanted to stay. The GM didn’t even care to fix the situation at all
