Management and staff are always very nice and always willing to help with anything they can. My only complaint is the couches.
The staff there is always so nice and my room is always clean when I stay here.
My room was COMPLETELY infested with roaches. I saw 4 different stages of roaches AFTER I was told that they exterminated my room (which they didn't)
Rooms are old need serious updrades. If you notice they only respond to positive experiences. I'm convinced someone was paid to write those awsome reviews.
